9. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vison Craftworks regarding the Site.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
